Home Alone is one of the all-time great family movies, and this December you can relive the magic with this special screening. The 1990 movie will be projected in high quality on a giant screen, with the Kansas City Symphony playing the John Williams' score live to picture.
Directed by Chris Columbus and written by the late great John Hughes, Home Alone is the tale of Kevin McCallister, a bratty 8 year old who is left Home Alone when his family forget him in the holiday rush to the airport. Kevin's initially delighted by having no parents telling him what to do, but things get serious when two con men turn up to rob the house, and Kevin must use all his intelligence to protect the homestead! The memorable score comes courtesy of five-time Oscar winner John Williams.
