Dan and Phil are best known for their various youtube channels where they challenge each other in hilarious tasks, speak about issues that surround young people, and generally share their lives with their fans. Friends from an early age Dan and Phil both have separate youtube channels (Danisnotonfire and AmazingPhil) but they frequently featured on each others videos and were soon considered to be a double act.
