Why see Judas Priest?

Invisible Shield 2024 tour!

Judas Priest is heading out on an extra special tour in 2024 to celebrate their new album 'Invisible Shield', the first in six years! Recently celebrating their 50th anniversary, this tour will see the five-piece perform some of their greatest hits as well as new material. Judas Priest will be joined by fellow heavy-metal-ers Sabaton; you won't want to miss it!

Having rocketed to superstar status with the release of 1982's Screaming for Vengeance - which to this date remains the band's most successful album - the band are also noted for spawning the macho metal/biker look that is now commonplace for metal bands. And if anybody was in any doubt as to the depth of their status, in 2010, Priest were rated by MTV as the second "Greatest Metal Band" of all time after Black Sabbath. In 2017 Judas Priest were nominated to be inducted into the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame, adding to the band's prestigious and famous status as one of the best Metal bands in the world.

Epic show! (Prudential Center NJ)

11 rows from Halford’s changing area on stage, amazing seats! My second Priest show. Took my teens 16&18 we all loved the setlist, the view, Rob’s 72 yr old pipes still sound great and as sad as I was to not see Tipton and Downing I must say Richie Faulkner kicks ass. Scott Travis, Ian hill also great. I honestly loved the show and to my surprise my kids told the wife they were as good as Metallica who we saw last year and is their favorite band. They performed tight, 70’s, all throughout their latest release which is damn good too. To see Rob and hear Rob Halford live 40’ away is basically a dream come true. I was completely satisfied!! ... Priest Rules

Toward the end Rob went out and was singing by Glenn and then kissed him on the cheek. It was heartwarming and sad at the same time. I love these guys ... Read more
