Kurt Vile

February 27, 2019

Dubbed the Neil Young of his generation, Kurt Vile is courageously keeping the fires of heartland rock burning, fusing the old school, blues-tinged Americana of the open roads with modern production techniques and swathes of shoegazy synth. He first introduced the world to his considerable talent in 2005 as part of the duo War On Drugs, subsequently coming into his own in a solo capacity over the course of seven studio albums. Don't miss the gifted innovator when he heads out on mammoth fall tour with his backing band The Violaters and Jessica Pratt on select dates.

Formed in 2003, Texan rock quartet Nothing More spent much of the 2000s trying to solidify their line-up and attract mainstream attention. When the band's drummer Johnny Hawkins stepped out from behind the kit and into the role of frontman and lead vocalist, labels and breakthrough success came calling following the release of their fourth album Nothing More in 2014. Five years later, the outfit hits the road on their biggest headline jaunt yet - The Truth Tour 2019. Support comes from Of Mice & Men, Badflower and Palisades.

Once best known as the lead vocalist and main composer of the bands Something Corporate and Jack's Mannequin, indie king Andrew McMahon has risen up under a solo moniker to critical and commercial success. Imbuing his upbeat pop with a trademark warmth and optimism, his blend of synths and electronic soundscapes is coupled with razor-sharp on-the-nose phrasing and definitive pop moments.

Citizen Cope has been pursuing his laid-back brand of hip-hop-inflected rock for over a decade now. This year he's back on the road in support of his new record Heroin and Helicopters. His first in seven years, he'll be joined by his full band as he delves into his thoughts on religion, politics, and society as teased in lead single 'Justice'.

Formed in their college days, power-pop trio Jukebox the Ghost combine quirky melodic hooks with an infectious energy culminating in upbeat, unashamed pop-laden ear worms that will get your toes tapping. After the release of their debut album 'Let Live & Let Ghosts' in 2008, the band was bolstered by a positive reception and began touring extensively.
