This show was utterly fantastic! The voices, the use of choreography that allowed us to "feel" the events that were happening to the characters, the staging, all of it was so perfectly done. Not to give anything away, but costume changes on stage and actors remaining in place created considerable impact on me as an audience member. I had purposefully not done any deep research as to the outcome of the history behind the musical as I wished to "live" the story. Parade did not disappoint, I laughed, I cried (a lot), I felt outrage and frustration. This is how theatre should be done! Thank you for an amazing experience.
